Bethelion Graduates

The Graduates of Bethelion —and Where They Are Now.

The First Graduating Class (370-385):

The Second Graduating Class (377-392):

(two other students of this year were murdered by the rogue Siccoculus in 387)

The Third Graduating Class (383-398):

The Fourth Graduating Class (389-404):

The Fifth Graduating Class (391-407):

The Sixth Graduating Class (395-410):

  • Vyran Loriatus, filius Vyreth, of House Cristofer (currently at Ne Interire)
  • [T85a], filius [T52], of House Touccio (currently at Corbis Ovorum)
  • [T85b], filius [T59b], of House Touccio (currently at Aenigma Novalindenis)

The Seventh Graduating Class (398-413):

The Eighth Graduating Class (401-416):

The Ninth Graduating Class (404-419):

The Tenth Graduating Class (407-422):

Note: I do have more detailed information on most of these people as well, which I'll be adding over the next couple of days. The Eleventh Graduating Class of 425, class of our own dear Regina Maris nee Elena, as well as (if I'm not mistaken) the class with which Giles would have graduated had he not left Bethelion, will be added to the list soonish. Jenn, Kim, anyone else -- if you want to specify things about the class of 425, by all means do so! Given how many lecturers there are at Bethelion, there's quite a bit of leeway when it comes to the University grads.

Spectacularly useful.
Thanks, Sarah. —The "lean years" of the fourth through seventh classes are interesting; I hadn't realized quite how small those classes were. A longish-term reaction to Siccoculus, maybe?

I think its shorter spaces between classes
The lean years start when they switch from 6 year gaps to 3 year gaps. Basically, they decided that they didn't want to have Calvus Gregori's problem of picking up new students and making them wait 5 years before they were allowed to start their 15 years of apprenticeship. Since they didn't immediately find a larger pool of students, they were now dividing their 1 student a year into classes every three years instead of every 6 years. With the eighth graduating class, we finally see the effects of the founding of Flos Crastinus in 398, and they now have more like 2 students a year.

Very cool list.
