C106 has been very carefully groomed by C81 to take over her role as semi-detached observer and Litan liaison to the West. Although C106 has indeed come to serve as Virginis In Litan's primary liaison to the West, however, penn is hardly as detached as penn's parens: C106 is a Litan through and through, and far more deeply involved in the Litan shared dream experience than penn is willing to allow either penn's parens C81 or House Cristofer to realize.
