One of the first converts to Plenilunial Elementalism, Stiria was one of the founders of Covenant Whitestone in 362. After the destruction of the covenant by the rogue Siccoculus in 386, she and her student Susurrus, who had been badly injured in the attack, took shelter at Hart's Desire, where they would remain for the duration of the first rogue hunt.
Stiria refused to accept the destruction of Whitestone, and after Siccoculus' death, she launched a campaign to resurrect the covenant. She convinced other Whitestone survivors to join with her in returning to the covenant in 390 and badgered the Rockroot Touccians into helping to rebuild it in 391. [See: The Restoration of Covenant Whitestone] She was, however, unable to convince her own filia [C74] to remain at the covenant: C74 left along with the Rockroot Touccians to join with her fellow Students of the Elder Children in founding Covenant Fenestra Arcadiae in 393.
She completed the training of her grandchild Strix after her first filia Susurrus committed suicide in 410.
Stiria is the last of the restorers of Whitestone still living, and she is absolutely and fanatically devoted to the continued survival of the covenant. In 421, she badgered the disgraced Bethelion lecturer [T57] into returning to Whitestone, where he had first been apprenticed, and she is always on the lookout for new opportunities to lure fresh blood to Whitestone. Under her direction, all of her fellow restorers of Whitestone charged their descendants with the continuation of the covenant as final death bed requests, and she is quick to remind them of this fact whenever any of them shows the slightest sign of wavering in their commitment to the covenant. Stiria's grandchild Strix has on more than one occasion threatened that she will not attend Stiria's death bed when the time comes, and many within the Order can't really say that they would blame her all that much if she didn't.
