Regulus' biographer Coturnix found c71 on her long journey back from the fall of Prima Lux to the home of her youth, Fumus et Specula. Coturnix fully expected to be executed for having been a member of the Dawn covenant, and she was hoping only to get a chance to see her parens Perdix again before she died. What, then, she thought she was doing in taking on a second apprentice--she had not yet even declared her first student Tractatrix mage--is not entirely clear. Nonetheless, take C71 on she did, only weeks before the group was intercepted by the Savacion mage Fulcio, one of the founders of Tempestatem Sedare, who had been hunting them for many months.
Fulcio was sympathetic to the Cristofereans, and he willingly escorted them to Fumus et Specula for a short visit before bringing them to Tempestatem Sedare, where they lived for the next year. In 366, when it was made clear to them that they were free to leave if they wished, they returned to Fumus et Specula, where C71 has lived ever since.
C71 is particularly interested in magics of scrying and communication. Since raising her second student in a loosely Amicitian fashion with the students of her first filia Pavonis and the Derlethian Arxarva, she has become rather a supporter of Amicitianism.
