Fallax Faenilius

"Spurious Hayloft"
filius Additus Digitus Eminens
Inceptum-found
apprenticed 388, mage 403
d. 406

Fallax was an early convert to Purpureanism and the magical twin of Neque Vacuus Neque Expletus.

Quick-witted and charming, Fallax was the darling of the Imbrians through out his apprenticeship. Even after he fell in with Stagnum Ranarum and begin to develop the affectations that would eventually become the hallmark of the Purpureans, Fallax remained well loved by his parens and most of the Imbrian mages.

Fallax was abducted in 405 by the Opacans, and was executed as an irredeemable diabolist in 406. The mages of Imber Rufus utterly rejected this accusation and, led by Additus Digitus Eminens, demanded the execution of all of the Opacans involved in the abduction and execution of Fallax. Although they were unsuccessful in this demand, the threat of this possibility led the Opacans and Inceptumites to accept the harsh conditions that were eventually settled upon.
