Student of Opacan martyr-hero Nefas Edo, was adopted after Edo's death in 417 by other Opacan magi. Will be declared mage on the Day of Dissipation 425/426, alongside the Westmarchite L154a.

The timing here suggests that [L154b] may well have taken a good deal of instruction under the Westmarchite [L116]. If so, then she is almost certainly female -- unless, of course, [L116] is starting to slip from strict Westmarchite practice. Opacan magi do tend to lapse into apostasy eventually, after all.
On the other hand, the timing may just be a matter of convenience, or a reflection of some deep bond between the two apprentices, or...well, just about anything else, really.
L116 the Professor Emeritus?
So L116 trained both L154b and L154a? Works for me. Means she was a very busy woman for the past fifteen years. Perhaps she's trying to get back to producing as many students as the original founders.
If so I think L154b should definitely be on the way to the new splinter covenant.
