A Litan Manerean, sister to the Primus Presumptive and newly-come to Western lands. She was brought to the 50th Manere Conjugation by the Litan elders on their Dream Ship and has since joined Covenant Fumus et Specula, presumably to act as an aide to her brother In Hunc Intuens in his new role as the Primus Manere.
Since her arrival, Tydfal of Covenant Isrillion has sought her tutelage in the hopes of learning something of the Litan dream magic, which he hopes to incorporate into his own ongoing vim studies.

Meta Note on Isthea
Isthea is the character that Meg once upon a time planned to bring into the Isrillion campaign. Her circumstances have changed somewhat since then, but I have been imagining her relationship with Tydfal as fairly congruent with things that Meg and I discussed as likely way back when.
