Plenilunial Elementalist of House Touccio, Founder of Covenants Mare Aeneum, Hart's Desire, and Niveum Pomeridianum. Currently the eldest living member of House Touccio.
Raised at Covenant Ultorum by the bitter and curse-happy Smaragda. As apprentices, she and her friend Cordurus of House Savacion were great fans of the Power Trio and dreamed of following in their footsteps. Upon their ascensions to magehood in 357, they left the Ultorum together to seek admission at the Power Trio's new covenant Mille Lacus. The Lacusians, however, refused their request for admission with no explanation whatsoever. Thereafter, they fell to quarrelling and parted ways in 358. Cordurus stomped off to seek Glorious! Death! with the Carnifex, while Sappira stomped back to Rhythnor to seek Some! Peace! And! Quiet! at Plenilunium Album.
At Plenilunium Album she soon became a convert to Plenilunial Elementalism. She was a founder of Mare Aeneum in 362, and a founder of Hart's Desire in 377. Her first student Concheus was the first man taught by a woman within House Touccio.
In 405, she left Hart's Desire with fellow elementalists Faustus, Meles, and Varia Pavida to seek a final resting place on the moors of Ballicastra. There, the group joined with the Castrian Pronuba, late of the Talchester Trio to found Covenant Niveum Pomeridianum. Once she and the others had prepared their final home, however, they found themselves perking up considerably, and soon began raising students together. Sappira aided in the training of Meles' last student Postumus, and she is currently raising a group of apprentices in Amicitian Fellowship with her colleague Pronuba.
