filius Caldwell, of House Touccio
apprenticed 352; mage 367
Hall of Touccio: 352-370
Bethelion: 370-417
Hall of Touccio: 417-
Raised at the Hall of Touccio, the only student of the founder Caldwell. In 370, he left the Hall of Touccio with his friend Androchus to help found Covenant Bethelion, although he himself would not be fully qualified to lecture there until 377. He remained at Bethelion until 417, when he learned of his parens Caldwell's disappearance in the catacombs of Lyridice and returned to the Hall of Touccio to help search for him.
One of the few male members of House Touccio to respond positively to T50's initial publication of "Granddaughters of Balbo" in 391, T52 is a strong supporter of women within the House. His second student Arxarva was the first female mage to be taught by man in House Touccio since Daenae, and T52 has been consistently supportive of her ouspoken Ursulanism. He has also been supportive of the New Derlethianism of his descendants, most of whom have renounced House Touccio. The New Traditionalism of his third student T85a, however, was not something that T52 was willing to accept: the two are not on speaking terms.
