The End of the Fourth Century 390-400
As the Order recovered from the disruption of the Savacion rogue hunt, the trends and movements which were to characterize the fifth century settled into place. This decade saw the foundation of Leo Compulsus and Fenestra Arcadiae, the birth of the St. Pyrandor Aegidians, and the emergence of the University Covenant Bethelion as a rising power within the Order. It also saw the beginnings of Plenilunial decline and the new rise of the conservative right. By the turn of the century, the Order was already steered in the direction it would continue to take well into the 400s.
